What Are We All About?

The Mission That Drives Us

Monarch FRC is dedicated to transforming Parkland's cultural landscape, instilling a deep appreciation for life and family. Our commitment to saving lives is met with a comprehensive approach that spans community engagement, education, and support. As advocates for change, we foster a lasting appreciation for life, aiming for a cultural shift where families thrive, and lives are celebrated. Through preventive measures, timely interventions, and educational initiatives, Monarch FRC equips individuals with the skills needed for flourishing family life. More than an organization, we are a beacon of hope and positive change for a community that values every life and family within its embrace.

How We Got Here

Our History

On October 31, 2005, after nine months of meetings and planning, the Parkland Pregnancy Resource Center was born. Designed to provide care, education, and resources for women facing unexpected pregnancies; the PRC quickly outgrew its original location in Farmington, MO. Through the support of many local businesses and individuals, the PRC purchased a building in nearby Park Hills. Once again the PRC outgrew that building. In the winter of 2022, the PRC relocated back to Farmington, MO where it continues to serve the community with free first step pregnancy care, parenting classes, baby care items at no cost to the clients.
